7yrs here. Rent goes up every yr. $10dollars, they try to improve, but still need help with that overall petty clean place to live rent is $355 Mon.
Quiet neighborhood... Community isn't ridiculous about the rules, takes a more common sense approach than some mobile home parks in the area...
Relatively inexpensive, more of a rural park
Very good community. The manager is very active in the community. Neighbors are friendly. The community is kept clean and well maintained. It is a safe, affordable, beautiful place to raise a family or have a retirement home.
