This mobile home park was once the quietest and most beautiful place. It was clean and had nice residents with a cotton tree blowing all spring and summer with well kept yards and homes. It was a mobile home owners dream. Sadly since Dwain has left the place has gone to complete disarray. All day long all I hear are cars slamming their doors and children screaming. I couldn't even take a new job on a different shift because of how loud the managers family is and she lives on my street unfortunately. I have stayed here so long because of the peace and quiet and now that seems to be gone I think it's time to be leaving high cliff sadly.
I have lived here for a little while and have always enjoyed Sara and dwain as management. They did very well at their job, and were always extremely nice and friendly toward me ... today I have learned they are no longer the management and I'm pretty saddened about this. I'm not sure about the new manager yet, all I have to say is I hope she is as nice and friendly and does as good of a job as dwain and Sara had done... I wish it didn't have to be this way but hopefully it will all be ok.
The manager of high Cliff is really nice and she is very helpful whenever I see her she speaks she was very informative and understanding the community itself is very well maintained and clean and very peaceful I love it
The change that was made, was one that was needed. The new management is caring and making tons of improvements. I feel as though some of us residents can breath again, we want high cliff to be great again and I think it will. Stephanie is doing a tremendous job and you can tell her goal is to make improvements here. We have new homes coming in and the park is looking great. Nice quiet, safe place for anyone to raise a family now, My husband an I thank you for that!
Manager is very nice and helpful. Nice place to live quiet neighborhood. Clean and is being updated great place to live.
