This place does not treat their patients with the care that is needed. In the past it was a walk in clinic where an appointment was not needed. Without notice it has changed to a regular doctors office with a walk in clinic as well. I needed to go to the walk in clinic side in order to get my medications refilled. I had blood work done and was told I would get a call with the results in the next 2 days. I waited for that call, but never received it. I called and left messages, but no phone call back. I called again and ended up calling them for 4 days in order to get results back from lab work. In the meantime I almost ran out of very important daily thyroid medications. Then I was told they would only give me a 1 month prescription because I had to make an appointment to see the regular doctor not the walk in clinic Doctor. This was not told to me when I was there. I was only told that I needed to make an appointment in 4 months to recheck my thyroid. Do the doctors not look at the charts? Can the regular doctor not see that I was in by looking at the chart? They lack communication and do not seem to care about their patients or their own reputation!
I've been a patient of Dr. Alden's for two years. Every time I see her, once a month, I wait an hour or more to be seen. Today was no different and when I went to the front desk to reschedule the girls at the desk were rude and no apology given. I understand that they are busy BUT to be over an hour late for every appointment is inexcusable.
Dr. Susan has always got me in to be looked at and I find the staff to be very pleasant to work with !
Great atmosphere, kind staff, intelligent Dr's. Great choice when you can't see your primary physician. Not quick, but worth the wait for great care and great hours.
Take my advice and go somewhere else!!!! I will be!
"Dr." Teresa denied me service for not having a prior primary care doctor. Instead of diagnosing me and seeing the issue herself, she told me to go to the last doctor I talked to and to stop switching doctors. When I move around constantly for work, that is really hard and she was not even slightly interested in anything I had to say. For someone with severe asthma, I need to see SOMEONE to get new inhalers since they are not available over the counter and now I fear that I won't even have one for an emergency. DO NOT GO HERE.
