Milan, IL 61264 location was absolutely horrible! Horrible service and atmosphere. To start, the restaurant was freezing like an ice box. We asked the waitress to turn up the heat and she stated it was only cold because their ovens weren't running with full power. They did not know the prices of their specials, deals on wings or their pizza (even after consulting with management, they didn't even know). I will not return to this location as it was not a good experience for a dine in Pizza Hut.
This restaurant is actual garbage. I have worked for the corporation that owns Pizza Hut and the way this facility is run is absolutely unprofessional. Expect your order to be delivered around 2 hours late, full price. The manager will tell you this is customary. This service is terrible and has narrowed the restaurant availability in the area. I would darw say this place compares muchly to the near by KFC.
This place used to be great for going and getting a buffet. They have since removed the salad bar and could not stock the buffet with pizza with 4 tables eating it. Absolutely ridiculous
Not a good experience. Understaffed. Waited to get seated for 5 minutes. Plenty of salad and breadsticks but not much pizza. Received multiple warnings of buffet closing. Felt like we were forced out. I would be surprised if this place is open in a month.
when pizza hut say small, this place means small and skimpy. ordered a small for delivery and after delivery charge and tip paid $14 for a pizza that is half the size of everyone elses small. and skimpy on toppings at that. and spam for hamm.
