We had all windows and doors replaced. Windows do not seal and are defective - won't open all the way due to wood warping. (The company Acri choose went bankrupt, so no warranty.) Door seal has been repaired at least 3x and still can see outside under the door. Waiting on screen replacement for 3+ years. No window still installed when promised. Steer clear.
Had acri install vinyl siding a couple years back. The product was as expected, and the install went fine, however they never did bring me the additional trim pieces I requested, and the after sale service is non-existent. I was told that 6-8 months after the install, that they would be back to "fine tune" any issues that occurred due to thermal expansion, etc. This was a lie. The siding on my garage is popping out, and I never was able to reinstall my flag due to the missing trim piece.
I recently had a very large three panel dining room window replaced by The Acri Company. The window had been accurately measured and fit beautifully. The Acri installation team went out of their way to be sure that my carpet was completely covered and no damage was done to the existing trim in either the window removal or installation. I had zero clean-up and have a lifetime warranty that can be passed to the next owner of my home if need be. I will would highly recommend The Acri Company to anyone considering window replacement and will definitely use their services in the future.
Jacob came to our house and showed us exactly what we wanted. He spent quite a bit of time and was very professional. We had the work completed. Right hand does not talk to left hand. As Jacob sells and Nick is the engineer. We were asked to change roof on bay window from metal to shingles and we said no. Deck had to be redesigned from what we were told it would be. Wasn't happy about it but we agreed and it was the first project to be done. Siding and stone on house looks wonderful. Bay window has needed to be fixed as side of wood was peeling off. Acri came out in fixed it but it took a few calls. Now after Jacob came out 2 months ago and seen board on deck and agreed needed to be fixed I waited then called 1 month later. Was told I was "put" on the books. Now I called 2nd time another month later to get voice mail. Yes the jobs get done fast but if anything after they received payment is like they don't care. Originally gave them 5 stars but now 2 for customer service. All the contractors they hired for the jobs were great and would hire them individually not thru ACRI.
My father had them come out and replace a door. About a year later they had to pay another company to have the work redone because The Acri Company didn't stand behind their work and wouldn't warranty it. They recently contacted my father for a customer testimonial and he emailed them this information directly. I felt it was worth putting on Google's reviews directly for other people to see.
If you need a high pressure sales pitch, a slap dash install and don't mind being deceived, acri is for you.
If you want a company to follow through on what they say and provide service after the sale, you're better off looking elsewhere.
